Animation spot produced as part of an online campaign for TREB (Toronto Real Estate Board).

Due to budget constraints, this was the first animation project from the agency's Content Production Department where we pushed ourselves to experiment, fail and get back up — building a full 3D animation spot.

Deliverable was a :15 spot.
